This was one of my first (and hopefully many) experiments with Houdini following the continuation of an underwater/aquatic theme. Procedurally modelled in 3DS Max (started as a plane) simulated in Houdini and rendered with Vray. Post work combination in Fusion & Lightroom. Duration was a couple of hours tinkering from start to finish.
My inspirations for this was a combination of references from Westworld, Prometheus and Squid life.
